I would describe my self as versatile, ambitious ,motivated and customer focused.I enjoy working collaboratively as part of a strong team but I am equally confident to work alone on my own initiative whilst carrying out challenging and varied work load.I have good organisational skills, good at decision making and I have excellent communication skills. I am also familiar with long working hours,I posses a flexible attitude to my duties,adjust well to different working environment and naturally conscientious to carry out my duties efficiently.
I have got experience in working with people who have learning disabilities and the elderly with dementia. These experiences have equipped me with the patience and compassion that is needed to deal in different situations especially in a working environment.
